That's where bébé Bottoms Diaper Rash Crème Spray comes in. I don't know if it's the first of its kind, but in my four years as a parent and my years as a parenting editor/writer it's the first one I've seen. You can apply it with one hand and unlike pretty much every other product I've tried it allows you to easily apply an "appropriate amount."
