About the event
The Mom Club is teaming up with the iconic Gotham Gym (for the sixth time!) and this time the kids are invited!
🥊Designed for kids ages 3–7 and their mom and/or dad, Gotham’s trainers will lead families through an age-appropriate boxing workout that gets everyone moving, laughing and throwing a few punches together.
🥊Beyond being a great way to burn energy, boxing can help kids build confidence, coordination, focus, balance and body awareness, while giving parents and kids a chance to be active together.
🥊After class, stick around for all the extras: bagels + spreads by mom-founded Neighborhood Bagels, vitamin shots and Face Fitness by BODYWELLE, plus keepsake family photos by Captured Memories by Malani.
🥊Of course everyone will leave with one of our signature gift bags full of goodies from some of our favorite parenting and lifestyle brands.
