About the event
💦 Come sweat, socialize, eat and actually have fun without having to plan a thing. The Mom Club is teaming up with Tremble Miami Beach (our third time together!) for a moms-only event (all levels & pregnant women welcome) that will kick off with 50 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact, full-body training on reformers.
💦 No need to plan your workout look — a full set by Municipal (top and bottom) will be waiting on every reformer (pick color at checkout) along with coordinating Tremble grip socks.
💦 Post workout Baby Babble Granola will be treating us to yogurt parfaits and we'll have a yummy spread by Healthy & Happy Cafe (think gourmet wraps and organic immunity shots designed to refuel after class).
