The Best Lunchbox for Toddlers and Kids: OmieBox

Move aside Bentgo... We've tried so many lunchbox options and OmieBox is by far the best because it can keep food both hot AND cold in the same box. And when we say hot - we mean hot! Those nuggets will be as crispy and delicious as when you first took them out of your air fryer.

The OmieBox Up comes with a removable ice pack. They say it's for 9+ (because the thermos is larger) but we've used both the OmieBox and the Up for toddlers and they're both perfect depending on what you need (the OmieBox has more separate compartments).

Note to maximize the lunchbox keeping food warm, you'll want to pour some hot water into the thermos and leave it there for a few minutes before putting in your food.

The only downside is that the seal on the lunchboxes is removable and we found that it falls off constantly to the point where we stopped using it. We haven't had any leaking, but it makes it more likely.

**Update - I spoke with the brand and they told me "We designed the seal to be removable for easy washing and cleanliness - most of the silicone seals that are glued in place can still grow mold underneath over time. Without it, you may experience some leaking since the box won't seal properly."
