Yoto Makes Screen-Free As Fun As Screentime

Most of us struggle controlling our own screen-time, so it isn't really all that surprising that our kids have trouble with it as well.

Yoto won't totally eliminate screen-time-related tantrums, but it will certainly cut down on them. Both my kids love it! Yoto says their products are for 3-12 year olds, but my 1.5 year old loves her Yoto, too. It comes in fullsize as well as travel/mini size. I love the Mini because it's easily portable, costs less and still has a great battery life and memory storage.

Yoto has a ton of original content as well as content from beloved characters, movies and shows like Sesame Street and just about any great Disney film you can imagine.

How does it work? Basically the brand sells credit card-sized cards containing an NFC chip that links to a specific audio file. When you insert a card into the player or link it to the Yoto app, the audio starts playing. Yoto cards need wifi for their first use, but then the audio downloads to the player itself, so the cards can be used without any wifi.

Note if you want to use the same Yoto card on multiple devices, you'll need to add multiple players to the same Family Account.

Yoto players were included in our Zing! x The Mom Club event and it remains one of the most popular items we've ever had in one of our gift bags!
